3. Account Access and Credentials
- After purchase, we provide login credentials (typically via email and/or WhatsApp) for use with supported IPTV players
- You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and server URL confidential
- You must not share, resell, or publish your credentials beyond the connection limit of your plan
- Plans support 1, 2, or 3 simultaneous connections depending on the package selected on our pricing page
- Notify us immediately at 4kiptvteams@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use
4. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payment
- All plans are prepaid for the term shown at checkout (1, 3, 6, or 12 months)
- Current prices and promotions are listed on https://4kiptv.to/pricing.html
- Payments are handled by third-party processors; we do not store complete card details
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you contact us before the renewal date
- We may update pricing for future purchases; existing prepaid terms remain valid until expiry
5. Free Trial
We may offer a 24-hour test trial at our discretion, usually requested through WhatsApp. Trials are for evaluation only and may not include every feature of a paid plan. Abuse of trial access may result in refusal of future trials.
6. Refunds
Because our service is digital and activated quickly, paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable after the refund window described in our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable copyright law
- Resell, rebroadcast, or redistribute streams or credentials
- Exceed your plan's connection limit or share access outside your household
- Attempt to hack, probe, or disrupt our systems or infrastructure partners
- Misrepresent your identity or payment information during checkout
We may suspend or terminate access without refund if we detect abuse or a breach of these Terms.
8. Device and App Compatibility
4K IPTV supports popular devices including Firestick, Android, iOS, Smart TVs, Windows, Mac, and MAG-style boxes through apps such as TiviMate and IPTV Smarters. Setup instructions are available in our installation guide. We are not responsible for third-party app updates, app store removals, or device firmware changes that affect playback.
9. Service Availability
We aim to provide stable streaming, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Channels, sources, and features may change without notice because of licensing, maintenance, or technical updates. Temporary downtime, buffering caused by your ISP, or issues within third-party players do not entitle you to a refund unless covered by our Refund Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
The 4K IPTV name, website content, branding, and support materials are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for private viewing during your active subscription. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially exploit our website or materials.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility with every device or network.
12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a subscription will not exceed the amount you paid for that subscription period.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate service immediately for violations of these Terms, fraudulent payment activity, or excessive account sharing. You may stop using the service at any time; prepaid fees are not refunded outside the Refund Policy.
