At 4K IPTV, we want you to be confident before committing to a plan. Because IPTV is a digital service activated immediately after purchase, refunds are limited and governed by the rules below.

1. Free 24-Hour Trial
Before buying a paid plan, we strongly recommend requesting our free 24-hour trial via WhatsApp. A trial lets you test channel quality, device compatibility, and app performance on your own equipment.
2. 3-Day Refund Window
If you purchase a subscription directly from https://4kiptv.to/, you may request a refund within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of your initial purchase, provided all conditions in Section 3 are met.
After 72 hours, all payments are final and non-refundable, including renewals and plan upgrades.
3. When a Refund May Be Approved
We may approve a refund only if:
- The purchase was made on our official website or through our authorized WhatsApp sales channel
- You contact us within 72 hours of payment at 4kiptvteams@gmail.com or via WhatsApp
- You provide your order reference, payment receipt, and registered email address
- You followed our troubleshooting steps and the service remained unusable due to a verified technical issue on our side (for example, credentials not working, persistent failure to connect despite adequate internet, or a major service outage)
4. Situations That Are Not Refundable
Refunds will not be issued when:
- You change your mind after successful activation
- Streaming issues are caused by slow or unstable internet on your side (we recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD and 20 Mbps for 4K)
- The device or IPTV app you use is unsupported or configured incorrectly
- Login details were shared beyond your plan's connection limit (1, 2, or 3 devices depending on your package)
- The request relates to a renewal, extension, or upgrade rather than a first-time purchase
- Outages are caused by third-party apps, internet providers, or maintenance outside our reasonable control
5. How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number, payment proof, and registered email
- Describe the issue and confirm you completed any support troubleshooting we provided
- Our team will review the case and attempt to resolve the problem before issuing a refund
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
6. Renewals and Cancellations
Subscriptions renew according to the plan you selected on our pricing page. To avoid renewal charges, contact us before your renewal date. Renewals are not refundable once processed.
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, we may suspend the associated subscription while the case is reviewed. Please reach out to our support team so we can resolve issues faster than a payment dispute.
